General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of products offered by NANDA SÁ to its customers in WAEMU member countries.
2. Products
The products sold are local natural and artisanal products (food and cosmetics), in compliance with the regulations in force in the WAEMU zone.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in CFA francs including tax. NANDA SÁ reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
4. Order
Toute commande passée sur le site implique l’acceptation pleine et entière des présentes CGV.
5. Payment
Payments can be made by mobile money, bank transfer or cash on delivery depending on the areas served.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to WAEMU countries. Delivery times are given as an indication. Delivery costs may vary depending on the destination.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 7 days to return an unconsumed or unused product (excluding perishable or personalized products)
8. Liability
NANDA SÁ declines all liability in the event of improper use or storage of the products.
9. Personal Data
The data collected is used strictly for order management and customer relations. It is neither resold nor shared without consent.
10. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by WAEMU legislation. In the event of a dispute, the Senegalese courts will have sole jurisdiction.
